Tribe Padel & Wellness is operated by TRIBE PADEL WELLNESS PTY. LTD. ABN 366 7154 6660 (“Tribe”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information when you:

  • contact or interact with us;
  • create an account;
  • purchase a membership, product or service;
  • book a court, program, event or facility;
  • visit or participate in activities at a Tribe venue; or
  • use a third-party platform through which Tribe services are provided.

Depending on how you interact with Tribe, we may collect:

  • account and membership information;
  • booking, attendance and transaction history;

  • information about guests included in a booking;
  • competition, coaching and player-level information;
  • feedback, enquiries and correspondence;

Where reasonably necessary, we may also collect health or injury information relevant to safely providing sporting, coaching, wellness or recovery services. We will only collect sensitive information with consent or where otherwise permitted by law.

For junior participants, we may collect information from or about the participant’s parent or legal guardian.

  • directly from you when you register, book, purchase, attend, complete a form or contact us;
  • from a parent, guardian, booking organiser or team representative;
  • through our website, email, telephone, social media or in-person interactions;
  • through booking, membership, payment and customer-management platforms, including Playtomic and Square;
  • from coaches, contractors and event partners involved in delivering Tribe services;
  • through CCTV and photography or video taken at our venues and events; and
  • through cookies and similar website technologies.

If you provide personal information about another person, you must have their permission to provide it and, where appropriate, make them aware of this policy.

4. Why we collect and use information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide memberships, bookings, coaching, programs, events and venue services;
  • create and administer customer accounts;
  • process payments, credits, refunds and transactions;
  • communicate about bookings, memberships, venue operations and service updates;
  • identify an appropriate playing or coaching level;
  • administer competitions, teams and events;
  • manage participant safety, incidents and emergencies;

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided in those emails or by contacting us. We may still send essential transactional or service-related communications.

5. Payment information

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Square or through booking platforms such as Playtomic.

Tribe does not generally receive or retain complete payment-card details when a third-party provider processes a transaction. Those providers handle payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Disclosure of information

We may disclose relevant personal information to:

  • payment, membership and booking providers;
  • website, hosting, email, communications and technology providers;
  • coaches, contractors and service providers working with Tribe;
  • competition, event and program partners;
  • professional advisers, insurers, accountants and auditors;
  • government, law-enforcement or regulatory bodies where required or authorised by law; and
  • another organisation in connection with a proposed or completed sale, restructure or transfer of all or part of our business.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

7. Overseas disclosure

Some technology, payment, booking, cloud-storage or communications providers may store or process information outside Australia. The countries involved can vary according to the provider’s systems and operations.

Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with applicable Australian privacy requirements. Customers should also review the privacy policies of third-party platforms they use.
